Andrei Acatrinei is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and project management. Currently serving as Customer Support Manager at Modex Tech since October 2021, Andrei leads the operations and strategic direction of the Customer Support department, while also creating and updating working procedures. Prior experience includes leading the Fraud and Customer Support Team at Moneymailme and working as a Project Manager at INGENIUM MEDIA SRL, ensuring project milestones are met effectively.
