Previously, Soma served as VP & Head of Innovation at Reliance Retail from 2019 to 2022, where strategic CXO projects were driven for the grocery retail business. Soma co-founded The Go To Market Company, providing comprehensive market solutions for brands looking to expand in India. With a strong background in sales and operations from tenure at Tupperware and Future Group, Soma advocates for equal opportunity and is a certified leadership coach. Soma holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BA in Hospitality/General Management from Robert Gordon University.
