Fedia Boughattas

Fedia Boughattas has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and development. Starting in 2014, Fedia worked as a Research Developer at ISIMM | Institut Supérieur d'Informatique et de Mathématiques de l’Université de Monastir. In 2016, Fedia held an internship as a Business Intelligence Engineer at Arab International Bank, where they analyzed customer banking movements and identified areas for improvement. Later in 2016, Fedia worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer at AFH and as a Business Intelligence Engineer and Web Developer (.net) at American University. They migrated applications from Drupal to .NET, managed databases, and developed a .NET application for student grants. In 2017, Fedia joined Business & Decision Group as a Dynamics CRM Engineer, specializing in developing a 360 degree customer view and configuration view using CRM 365, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#. From 2017 to 2019, Fedia worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer at SH business COM GmbH, where they were responsible for ETL design, development, testing, and maintenance of data warehouse initiatives, as well as creating and maintaining automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI. Most recently, in 2019, Fedia served as a Business Intelligence Developer at RatePAY GmbH. They are currently working as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at MODIFI since 2023.

Fedia Boughattas received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the High Institute of Informatics and Mathematics of Monastir (ISIMM) from 2011 to 2014. Following that, Fedia attended the Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Software Engineering Degree with a focus on IT. In terms of additional certifications, Fedia earned a Big Data Developer certification from IBM in February 2017. In August 2016, Fedia received a Certificate of completion from the American University. Furthermore, Fedia obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Specialist: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application certifications in May 2016 from Microsoft.
