Patsy Catsos is a Nutrition Consultant and FODMAP Expert, currently serving as a Sharecare Expert and President of GI Nutrition Inc., where they provide medical nutrition therapy for gastrointestinal health. Since founding Patsy Catsos Advanced Nutrition in 2011, they have developed a practice focused on patient care and education. Patsy is also the owner of Pond Cove Press, an independent publisher of nutrition-related content, and has contributed as an advisor and consultant to various health organizations. They received the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Excellence in Clinical Practice Award in 2020 and hold an M.S. in Nutrition from Boston University and a B.S. from Cornell University.
