Brian McDonald is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, McDonald serves on the boards of Modigent, Fluidra, and KPI Solutions. From December 2014 to October 2017, McDonald was the CEO of RGIS, leading the company in inventory management on a global scale. Prior to that, McDonald held significant roles at Tyco, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing an $8.4 billion P&L and managing a workforce of 58,000 employees. McDonald also served as President of ADT UK & Ireland and held several vice president positions at Tyco and UTC Power. McDonald began a career at Otis Elevator Co., progressing from General Manager in Los Angeles to Regional General Manager. Educationally, McDonald earned an MBA in Operations from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
