Taylor M.

Taylor M. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Western Governors University in 2016 and later became a Benefits Specialist. In 2017, Taylor joined OrthoArizona as an HR Generalist and quickly rose to the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources at UEB Builders, which was later acquired by KATERRA. Taylor continued in various HR positions at KATERRA, including Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources. In 2021, Taylor became the Vice President of Human Resources and ESG at both Modigent and later Pueblo.

Taylor M.'s education history includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Arizona Summit Law School, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- Administration of Justice from Northern Arizona University. In addition, Taylor has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
