Michael Postma

Michael Postma has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President & GM of Heat Transfer Products at Modine Manufacturing Company. Prior to this, they held key positions at The Marmon Group, including President of LA Darling Company, Unarco, & Streater, LLC, President of DCI Artform Specialty Retail, and Finance Director of Global Image Retail. Michael also served as the President of Webb Wheel Products OEM Division and Marmon-Herrington Aftermarket, where they successfully optimized costs and strategy. Before their tenure at The Marmon Group, Michael worked as the VP of Finance at Severe Duty Undercarriage Group and as the Controller at Marmon-Herrington. Michael began their career as a Controller at Field House Development Group and also gained experience in Corporate Finance and Corporate Audit at Marmon Group LLC and Plante & Moran respectively.

Michael Postma holds an MBA in Managerial Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Michael also holds a BA in Accounting from Hope College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Building High-Performance Teams and Impromptu Speaking from LinkedIn in 2019.
