At Modinex, we transform timber, aluminium and concrete into architectural statements that bring spaces to life. Our collections balance bold design with environmental responsibility, helping to create projects that are both timeless and inspiring.

We specialise in premium architectural linings, claddings, decking and screening solutions, as well as clip-on battens, wall linings, ceilings, flooring, and custom designs. We also supply hot tub, ice bath and sauna componentry, along with concealed garage door solutions, delivering a complete and considered offering for residential, commercial and public spaces.

Modinex is the proud home of Austratus, Cedar Sales, Coach House Timbers and Urbanline.
