Ray Pacini

Ray Pacini is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and corporate leadership. Currently serving as CFO of Modiv Industrial since April 2018, Pacini oversees financial strategies for an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust. Previous roles include Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Cadiz Inc. and CFO of Northbound Treatment Services, where management of growth initiatives was a key focus. Pacini's leadership experiences span various sectors, including serving as President and CEO of California Coastal Communities, CFO at Koll Real Estate Group, and Director of Financial Reporting at The Henley Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
