Lia Rawls

Lia Rawls, A-CSPO, currently serves as a Product Owner at Modivcare since January 2025, where responsibilities include eliciting business requirements, analyzing technology solutions, and collaborating with delivery teams. Prior to this role, Lia held various positions at DataLink from February 2017 to December 2024, including Product Manager, Product Owner, and Project Manager, focusing on product strategy, feature enhancements, and stakeholder communication. Lia began a career at Kforce Inc in January 2014 as a Market Manager, progressing from IT Recruiter to managing a team of recruiters.
