Monte Carver

Monte Carver is a Senior Software Engineer at ModivCare since October 2020, with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Previous roles include Senior Programmer Analyst at Community Care of Oklahoma, where Monte led full stack architecture projects, authored multiple frameworks addressing ACA compliance, and developed critical applications for insurance management and reporting. Prior to that, Monte served as Lead Software Engineer at JMC/VR, focusing on a web-based remote management application, and held positions at sZenCorp and Fluor Government Group, directing software development and mentoring in Agile environments. Monte began a career as an Associate Mechanical Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
