Charles Falcon

Charles Falcon has a diverse work experience in the logistics and purchasing field. Charles started their career at Segaduanca as a Pricing & Traffic Assistant, where they negotiated rates with shipping lines and developed relationships with new agents abroad. Charles then moved on to Electrodomesticos Home Products as an Import Assistant, where they managed international purchases, oversaw customs clearance, and negotiated ocean freight.

At Mabe Venezuela, Charles served as a Logistics Chief, responsible for overseeing international traffic, custom clearance, and transportation of finished products. Charles also managed nationwide distribution, monitored inventory movements, and resolved customer claims.

Afterwards, Charles joined Distribuidora Danmic C.A. as a Logistics Lead. In this role, they coordinated and managed distribution across the country, handled purchase orders and inventory management, and conducted annual physical inventories.

At Avon, Charles served as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, optimizing the supply chain through cost reduction initiatives and negotiating service contracts with logistics suppliers. Charles also coordinated tender processes for new services.

Charles then joined NetMedical, C.A. as an Import Manager, where they handled procurement of medical supplies, coordinated shipping, and ensured compliance with logistical practices. Charles also prepared management reports and conducted tariff classification.

Following their time at NetMedical, Charles worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as an International Purchasing Manager. In this role, they negotiated with suppliers, planned and tracked purchase orders, and developed new business opportunities.

Most recently, Charles worked at Modani Furniture as a Logistics Manager, responsible for managing vendor contracts and overseeing the international traffic of merchandise. Charles also monitored inventory movements, ensured optimal delivery processes, and provided a high-quality customer experience.

Currently, Charles is a Director of Logistics at Modloft, where they are responsible for the overall logistics operations of the company.

In 2013, Charles earned a diploma in Advanced Studies in International Management from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, specializing in International Business/Trade/Commerce.

From 2009 to 2013, Charles studied at Universidad Metropolitana, where they obtained a degree as an International Business Specialist, focusing on International Business.

In 2011, Charles completed a Diploma in Business Logistics Management at Universidad Central de Venezuela, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

In 2006, Charles attended Avex-Escuela Venezolana de Exportacion, where they studied International Trade, specializing in International Business/Trade/Commerce.

Finally, from 2001 to 2005, Charles pursued a Bachelor of International Affairs at Universidad Central de Venezuela, specializing in International Relations and Affairs.
