Ivan Gonzales

Ivan Gonzales is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Technology Services at ModMed since December 2015, Ivan leads a team of five specialists, overseeing the deployment of Ophthalmology features, server migration projects, and ensuring team performance metrics are met. Prior to this, Ivan was a Technical Implementation Specialist at gMed, where responsibilities included application installations and client support. Earlier career experience includes roles at Carnival Cruise Line as a Field Support Specialist and at Cerner Corporation as a Support Analyst. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University.
