Jessica Ayers

Jessica Ayers, MS, SPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at ModMed, overseeing human resources for Customer Service, Revenue Cycle Management, Sales, and Marketing since December 2021. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director and Head of Human Resources at Sentry Data Systems, where responsibilities included managing HR Centers of Excellence and enhancing employee strategy within a healthcare intelligence SaaS organization. Jessica's career also includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Memorial Healthcare System, an Employee Relations Consultant at Nova Southeastern University, and HR District Resource & Executive Team Leader at Target. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
