John Kranick

John Kranick has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software engineering. John is currently working as a Quality Assurance Technical Lead at Modernizing Medicine since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at NTT America for various roles. From 2008 to 2016, they served as a QA Software Engineer II, leading an offshore team in the QA portion of the software development lifecycle. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a QA Software Engineer, overseeing major projects and performing server administration. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Branding Administrator, maintaining and optimizing NTT America's branding system. John also worked as a Technical Trainer from 2001 to 2002, training and evaluating incoming technical support representatives. John started their career at NTT America as a Tier II Technical Support Representative from 2000 to 2001 and as a Technical Support Representative from 1999 to 2000, providing support and troubleshooting for web hosting customers.

John Kranick obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Trinity University, completing their education from 1994 to 1999.
