John Miller has extensive work experience in the legal field, specifically in technology transactions and intellectual property. John began their career as an Associate at Hogan Lovells, where they drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts and provided intellectual property support in corporate transactions. John then joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an Associate, advising on the protection, acquisition, and commercialization of intellectual property and technology. At both companies, they worked on a range of agreements and issues related to technology, intellectual property, privacy, and data security. Most recently, John has been working at ModMed, where they started as a Senior Associate General Counsel and advanced to roles of increasing responsibility. John has been involved in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts, providing legal guidance on intellectual property and marketing issues, and contributing to the transformation of healthcare information.
John Miller attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations, Political Science, and History. John then went on to study at William & Mary Law School from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a JD degree.
