Nicole Pla, M.H.A., is a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager currently serving as the Manager of Product Management at ModMed since December 2015. With a robust background in product innovation and user experience enhancement, Nicole has successfully led the development of Biller Usability functionality and managed a team of Business Analysts. Prior roles include Manager of Business Analysts, Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst, where expertise in practice management software and project implementation was demonstrated. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Florida State University.
