Rick Deal

Rick Deal is an experienced project manager currently at ModMed since April 2023, focusing on the development and implementation of projects to enhance product and service delivery. Previously, Rick held various roles at Compass from 2019 to 2023, including Senior Agent Experience Manager, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding agents, providing training in Salesforce, and supporting IT needs. Earlier positions include significant training and development roles at Apple from 2012 to 2019, where leadership in onboarding over two hundred employees was a highlight, as well as creative training for customers.
