Susan Mack has been with Modernizing Medicine since January 2011, currently serving as a Lab Advisor, where management of a team of educators in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery is a key responsibility. Recently, Susan accepted a position to oversee Pathology labs and assist clients. Previously, Susan worked as a Dermatology Training Supervisor, training doctors and their staff on the Electronic Medical Assistant (EMA). Prior to joining Modernizing Medicine, Susan was a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Dermatology from October 2009 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include certification as a Medical Assistant from the Medvance Institute-West Palm in two programs completed between 2000 and 2004.
