Terrence Duckworth, MS, CPB, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Client Success at ModMed, where responsibilities include enhancing client relationships and improving Key Performance Indicator metrics for RCM clients. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Director of Operations at Georgia Developmental Services, and Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Greenway Health, managing significant revenue and optimizing operations. Additional leadership roles include Pastor at Grace Life Church of God of Prophecy and Store Manager at Wayfield Foods. Terrence has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership in Healthcare Leadership at Regent University, and holds advanced degrees in Management & Leadership and Business Administration from Western Governors University, as well as prior studies in Business Administration at Kaplan University and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
