Constanza Schmidt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in personal data protection, intellectual property, and new technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer and Personal Data Protection Officer at MODO since April 2022, Constanza provides legal advice on personal data matters and analyzes new technological products for the Board of Directors. As an Attorney at Law at TANOIRA CASSAGNE LLC since February 2018, expertise encompasses copyright, industrial property, information technology law, and cybersecurity, advising both startups and major corporations.
