Manuel Taibi

Manuel Taibi is a seasoned professional in business development and finance, currently serving as Business Development Director at MODO since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at E3 Financial, and Head of Investor Relations at Wenance. Manuel has contributed significantly to the development of financial products linked to real estate assets, fundraising efforts exceeding USD 10 million, and management of both income-producing and development-stage real estate. Experience spans positions at TGLT, GNV Group, UBS Global Real Estate, and KPMG, where expertise in valuation, modeling, project presentation, and financial analysis was developed. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Finance from Università Bocconi and has completed finance and economics studies at Belgrano and University College Dublin.
