Stéphane Ode

Stéphane ODE is a seasoned professional in the optical industry, serving as Co-founder and Co-manager at IES Institut - Formation Optique since February 2008 and as Area Manager at MODO Eyewear since January 2015. In July 2023, Stéphane began a new role as Professional Coach for opticians with SO CONSULTING COACHING, providing dedicated support to help opticians achieve their personal and professional goals. Previous experience includes co-founding and leading Jisco Eyewear SL from May 2012 to May 2020, and managing operations for Etnia Barcelona in Europe and France from February 2005 to May 2012. Stéphane has pursued advanced education in coaching, achieving multiple master's degrees in professional coaching from LINKUP COACHING, complemented by a BTS in commercial action from INTS PARIS XI.
