Yebin Sreenivasan

Yebin Sreenivasan serves as the Director of Development (Controls) at Modon since October 2024, previously holding the position of Design Director at Mace from December 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the Nakheel Dubai Islands project. Yebin also worked as a Senior Design Manager for Communities & Hospitality at Majid Al Futtaim, contributing to the North Riyadh Development and Tilal Al Ghaf projects from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Design Manager role at EllisDon, managing projects such as Dubai Hills Estate and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, and a seconded position as Senior Manager Projects, Masterplan & Design for Dubai Hills Estate at Emaar in 2018. Yebin's career began at Aedas, progressing through various roles from Associate to Associate Director from 2007 to 2017. Early work includes architectural roles at P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd and ATKINS from 2001 to 2007. Yebin holds a Master in Business for Architecture and Design from IE School of Architecture and Design and a Bachelor in Architecture from Bangalore University.
