MODPROS is a Florida based corporation, utilizing highly trained IUEC union mechanics who embody our philosophy to provide a refreshing experience in servicing customers by offering: New Installation, Comprehensive Modernization, Cab Interior Modernization, Targeted Upgrades and Repairs, Boutique Elevator Service.
We are committed to safety and innovation in all we do for our clients. Our aim is to elevate their overall experience, building relationships while partnering with them every step of the way to create a “Solutions Package” that fits every desired requirement. It will be done right and consistently, which preemptively reduces our clients’ need for service calls or project issues. Our innovation is not only reflected in our state-of-the-art product catalog but also influences the way we do business, recognizing the market cannot move forward on static thinking or processes.

We realize that elevators are secondary to the process because people always precede and enable the product result. Many stakeholders within our industry impact how the client is served: employees, trade partners, trade organization IUEC personnel, and municipality trade personnel, among others.

Our company continually seeks to use a holistic approach to create a quality culture for our employees, that flows from them to foster an environment for our “people”, the stakeholders. It is this environment that provides sustainable benefits for all to enjoy. We understand that intentionally infusing the stakeholder ecosystem in this way, will also result in our “people”, the clients and riding public, being best served.

In other words, here at MODPROS our success is built on

“ people moving people “
