Michael Morley

Michael Morley is an executive leader and non-executive director with global expertise in the metals and mining sectors. They have served as the Non-Executive Director at InfraBuild since 2019 and continue to hold chairs at Modra Technology, Developing East Arnhem Limited, and Scipher Technologies. Previously, they held significant roles at GFG Alliance, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and worked as General Counsel at Smorgon Steel and Nyrstar. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, along with a Master of Laws in International Tax from the University of Melbourne.
