The Company has three strategically located off-site construction facilities with over 1.2 million square feet of space located on approximately 132 acres. The Company's prefabricated buildings, temporary buildings, modular buildings and portable buildings serve diverse markets, including education, residential, commercial, healthcare, daycare and government. Its buildings are available factory direct, and provide factory direct service. In addition, the Company provides Green designs and environmentally friendly features. Modtech offers design-build services with a sole source contract, which includes all design, modular construction, site work and commissioning of the project. The Company can also provide assistance with financing its buildings, such as lease/leaseback, through strategic alliances with funding companies.
