Eamonn Long

Eamonn Long is an experienced Estimating Manager at Modubuild since September 2019, responsible for planning and managing commercial, technical, and program requirements while ensuring compliant and risk-free tender submissions. Prior roles include Estimator at Estimators Limited, where domestic new builds, conversions, and extensions were estimated, and a dual role as Estimator and Project Manager at SIG plc. Eamonn has also worked as a Property Developer while self-employed, overseeing site management and liaising with builders and local councils. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Manager at Mailland Civil Ltd and Site Engineer at Australian Prestressing, with a foundational role as a Civil Engineer at Regan Civil Engineering. Eamonn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Munster Technological University.
