ModuGroup’s projects have involved adding new floors to existing buildings, showcasing our unrivalled expertise in bespoke structural modular extensions and roof-level construction, through to nursing home accommodation and learning facilities for schools. We’ve delivered more than 400 bespoke projects nationwide through a fully integrated, turnkey service, from design and planning to complete M&E integration and interior fit-out – all manufactured within our own 60,000 sqft. factory in North Yorkshire.
