Frank Spokane

Frank Spokane is an AI Framework Engineer at Modular since January 2024, contributing to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI technologies. Prior to this role, Frank was a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft from September 2011 to July 2023, where responsibilities included extensive backend design for Teams Live Events, facilitating live streaming for 30 million monthly active users.
