Modular Plus is a consultancy company that specializes in offsite modular manufacturing based on DfMA principles.
We bridge the gap between developers and modular suppliers to deliver projects at a significant cost and time savings.
As an Australian company we are focused on improving the built environment by using technology to address the inefficiencies, declining productivity and detrimental environmental impact that have plagued the construction industry for far too long. Based on DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and offsite manufacturing, we deliver time and cost savings, improved quality, reduced waste and the controlled environments conducive to meeting today’s elevated concerns for jobsite health and safety.

Our core team comprises forward-thinking innovators including Architects, Structural Engineers, Fire Engineers, Certifiers, Services Engineers, Environmental Engineers and Production Specialists and Suppliers.

DfMA is a key part of our work with the Modular Plus building systems – a construction technology that enables developments to be delivered in a fast, economical and sustainable manner. Seeking to find the most efficient way of delivering a project, inevitably reduces the resources required in regard to cost, time, carbon, waste or labour while increasing positive aspects such as health and safety, quality and certainty.
