Kassidy K.

Kassidy K. has a wealth of work experience. Kassidy started their career at DirectBuy in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative, where they also had additional administrative and sales responsibilities. In 2016, Kassidy joined Capax Global, A Hitachi Group Company, as a Project Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator + Executive Assistant. In this role, they managed the execution of an Advanced Analytics project for a large insurance company, created and distributed weekly internal and client-facing project status reports, and coordinated and facilitated scrum ceremonies for the client. In 2019, Kassidy moved to Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Project Coordinator, where they coordinated the deployment of the Mobile Entry Project and managed up to four hardware + BLE technology vendors for each property's deployment. Finally, in 2020, Kassidy joined both ModuleQ and OpenMarkets as a Product Manager and Customer Success Manager, respectively. At ModuleQ, they managed Enterprise Accounts from Pilot through to successful Rollout and annual renewal, conducted all onboarding/training sessions for new users internationally, and created e-mail messaging in HubSpot for new product features to end users. At OpenMarkets, they managed the success of 50 Healthcare Equipment Supplier Accounts and 10 Health System/Hospital Accounts in using the online marketplace for buying and selling healthcare equipment, lead Quarterly Business Reviews with all 60 accounts, and created the first “Supplier Data Newsletter” highlighting marketplace activity in Q2 of 2020 due to COVID-19.

Kassidy K. is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a degree in Communications with a focus in Communication, General. Prior to that, they attended Barrington High School.
