Norman Tsang

CFO at ModuleQ

Norman Tsang is the current CFO at ModuleQ. Norman has also previously worked at IBM, Foxfire Group, and Alerion Partners.

At IBM, Norman was a key member of the transition team after IBM's acquisition of PSI. Norman was successful in integrating the two companies, which doubled revenue in the first year.

At Alerion Partners, Norman was a co-founder and managing partner. Norman was responsible for the financial, operations, and legal functions at the company. Norman also hired and supervised portfolio company CFOs, and raised multiple rounds of equity and debt. The company had a successful return after sale of the final portfolio holding.

Norman has also been an active board member for several companies, including ScentAir Technologies, Convergence Marketing, Enviroscent, and True Citrus. Norman has helped these companies grow their revenues significantly, and expand their product lines.

Norman Tsang graduated with a BS in finance and accounting from New York University. Norman then went on to get their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

They work with Thomas Magnifico - Head of Customer Success, Bob Sullebarger - VP, Sales, and Daniel Donahue - VP, Partnerships & Product. Their manager is David Brunner, Founder & CEO.
