Sebastian Viebach has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Sebastian began their career as a Cutting Machine Operator at Buchholz Hydraulik and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Technician for Cutting machines at S&H Feinwerktechnik. Sebastian then joined Okuma Europe GmbH in 2013 as an Application Engineer and worked there until 2020. Currently, Viebach holds the position of Senior Product Manager at ModuleWorks starting from April 2020 and was recently promoted to the role of Principal Product Manager in January 2024.

Sebastian Viebach obtained a Master professional of technical management degree from the Institute for Management / IHK (chamber of commerce and industry) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in mechanical engineering, specifically a State certified engineer (Bachelor Professional) degree, from Technical Academy Nord between 2006 and 2010. In addition, Sebastian Viebach has a certification as a Product Focus Certified Product Manager, obtained in 2022 from Product Focus. Before their formal education, they also completed training as a Cutting machine operator specialized for turning at Buchholz Hydraulik from 2002 to 2005.
