Ketil Molbach Staalesen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ketil Molbach started their career as a Sales Clerk at Thorn Norge AS, where they excelled and became the top-selling salesman nationally. Ketil Molbach then worked as a Sales Consultant at KRAFTEX AS while simultaneously studying marketing. Staalesen also had a Management Summer Internship at Storebrand ASA, a prominent financial institution in Norway.

After that, Staalesen joined Modulex Group as a Product Manager for Digital Signage. Ketil Molbach was responsible for the launch of a digital signage solution in the Norwegian market. During this time, they also pursued a 40% employment alongside their university studies.

Staalesen later founded KMS Consulting LLC, a limited liability company focused on conducting various sales and marketing projects. Ketil Molbach also pursued a Master of Business Administration at EBCM Business School during this time.

In 2004, Staalesen returned to Modulex Group as the International Sales Director for Digital Signage. Ketil Molbach developed and implemented a business plan for the global re-launch of the digital signage solution, overseeing operations in several countries.

In 2007, Staalesen joined ZDS Srl. - Pump Innovation as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Ketil Molbach played a crucial role in distributing submersible pumps and motors for deep well pumps in over forty countries.

Staalesen once again returned to Modulex Group in 2013, this time serving as the Vice President for Americas. Ketil Molbach then progressed to become the CEO & President of Modulex Group Americas in 2017. Finally, in 2019, they assumed the same position but at the global level.

In addition to their extensive work experience, Staalesen also founded IDC GROUP in 2019. Overall, they have had a successful career in various leadership and executive positions within the signage and communication solutions industry.

Ketil Molbach Staalesen completed their Bachelor of Marketing degree in International Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School from 1998 to 2001. Ketil Molbach later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at EU Business School from 2002 to 2004.
