Pierre Oberholzer, PhD, is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in data analytics and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Modulos AG, Pierre focuses on AI Governance and Responsible AI. As the founder of Alpina Analytics, Pierre is dedicated to transforming inter-banking data for analytics, developing a data pipeline on Google Cloud, and creating a Python package for payment message analysis. Previously, Pierre held significant roles at Credit Suisse as Lead Data Scientist and Data Analytics Consultant, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and developing real-time processing pipelines for financial transactions. Pierre's career also includes roles at Deloitte, BKW Energie AG, and ABB, along with a solid academic background, including a PhD in Electrochemistry and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering. Continuous professional development is evidenced by completed courses in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from Udacity and Johns Hopkins University.
