Gordon Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gordon started their career at Bank of America in 2002, where they held various positions until 2007. Gordon then worked as a Section 75 Team Manager, responsible for managing customer claims under the Consumer Credit Act. Following that, they became a Reconciliation Team Manager, focused on problem-solving and managing accounts within the consumer banking division.
In 2010, Gordon joined MBNA as a Project Manager, leading a high-profile regulatory audit issue. Gordon successfully implemented solutions to rectify and prevent the issue, working closely with internal teams. Gordon later took on the role of MBNA Communications and Administration Support Unit Lead, as well as the New Business and Contract Renewals Manager, responsible for developing sales strategies and targeting key organizations in various sectors.
Gordon joined Diners Club UK in 2018 as a Client Account Manager before moving to Modulr in 2019. At Modulr, they initially served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, helping clients optimize their B2B payments using Modulr's API and platform. Gordon then progressed to the role of Enterprise Account Director, overseeing key accounts. Currently, Gordon holds the position of Strategic Channel Partner Director at Modulr, focusing on building partnerships to expand the company's offerings.
Throughout their career, Gordon has demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, making valuable contributions to the organizations they have been a part of.
