Joe Axe

Joe Axe is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Squad Lead and Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Modulr since September 2022, specializing in full-stack development within the company's innovation and research department, Modlabs. Prior to Modulr, Joe Axe worked as a Technology Analyst at DWS Group from October 2020 to August 2022, focusing on building financial pipelines and data access websites using technologies such as Java, Spring, Kafka, Typescript, and React. Joe Axe also held the position of Associate Data Product Manager at MyKindaFuture from January 2020 to September 2020, where product analytics and management were combined. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Product Manager at Starcount, managing a cross-functional team. Joe Axe earned a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of St Andrews between 2015 and 2019.
