Michael Allan's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Michael started working at Vision Consulting in 1995 as a Senior Consultant, where they played a key role in designing business processes and IT interfaces for a major new retail bank. In 2001, they joined GE Capital as an ECommerce Manager, leading a team in transforming the company's eCommerce offering. At Sumerian, Michael served as the Chief Operating Officer and later as the Director of Programmes, where they were responsible for delivering IT analytics and strategic consultancy services to clients. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at LendingCrowd as the Director of Operations. In 2021, Michael became the Chief Technology Officer at Ajenta. Currently, they are the Product Lead Customer Experience at Modulr.
Michael Allan attended the University of Aberdeen from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BEng 1st class degree in electrical and electronic engineering.
