Francis Wong

Francis Wong has over 25 years of professional experience in IT Implementation and Business Consulting. Francis began their career in 1996 as Manager, Customer Service & Education at Enghouse Systems. In 1999, they moved to Oracle Corp Canada Inc as Operations Manager, where they planned and implemented business-critical projects that improved the operating efficiency. In 2003, they joined Oracle as Global Program Manager, Global Process Manager, and Principal Operations Consultant. In this role, they oversaw Global Customer Support's operations, infrastructure setup, and enterprise systems. In 2020, they joined FW-CPA IT & Business Consulting as IT Implementation and Business Consultant. Here, they provided digital transformation and business planning consultation for Not-For-Profits and small businesses. Francis is currently a Senior Project Manager at Modulus Data since 2022.

Francis Wong obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, followed by a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Accounting and Business/Management from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Francis also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute, Thought Rock, Oracle, Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), APEO, and the Project Management Institute. These include a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) (2022), ITIL®4 Foundation Training Certification (2022), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Associate (2022), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) (2014), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Professional Engineer, and Project Management Professional.
