Michael Demers

Michael Demers has worked in the technology industry since 2011. Michael'sfirst role was as a TBE Support Analyst at Taleo from 2011-2012. Michael then moved to Oracle in 2012, where they held the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer until 2021. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager at Modulus Data. During their time at Oracle, Michael worked with HR and IT Professionals to deliver solutions for Applicant tracking, Onboarding, Performance, Reporting, and Learning SaaS systems. Michael also collaborated with different organizational teams and leaders to prevent and resolve customer problems, designed and assigned training plans and materials for products and processes, and created technical configuration documentation including Single Sign-On and integration offerings.

Michael Demers has attended Saint Petersburg College. Michael also holds a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn, which they obtained in March 2020.
