Susan Steffy

Susan Steffy has extensive experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Susan began their career in 1992 as a Human Resources Director for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In 1998, they moved to Director of Recruitment for Hyatt, where they were responsible for staffing strategy and oversaw the implementation of Taleo for the entire corporation. In 2005, they joined Taleo as a Senior Consultant and then Senior Director, Professional Services. In 2012, they moved to Oracle as Senior Practice Director - HCM Cloud Professional Services, Senior Practice Director - Solution Design & Innovation, and Senior Practice Director, Professional Services. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Talent Growth Advisors and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Mavix Consulting Inc. Susan also worked as a Professional Services and Strategy Expert for Acuity Cloud Solutions in 2014. In 2018, they became an Independent Contractor, and in 2020, they joined Modulus Data as SVP Global Services and Senior Vice President Professional Services.

Susan Steffy has a BS in Human Resource Management from Ball State University and a BS in Business from the University of Indianapolis - School of Business.
