Pascal Degen

Pascal Degen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management and Vice President of Supply Chain Management Europe at Bachem since April 2019, Pascal is also a co-founder and board member at Modum. Prior to these roles, Pascal held leadership positions at Novartis, including Head of Sterile Assembly and Head of Process & Logistics Service, and at Von Roll Holding AG as Head of Supply Chain Development. Pascal's earlier career includes significant roles at Synthes Europa and 4PL Central Station, beginning with an apprenticeship at Gruner. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and numerous certifications from ETH Zürich and the General Staff Academy.
