At Modus, we make it easy for you to provide public toilet amenities to your community.

With a range of designs to suit every aesthetic, our unique modular system means we can develop an amenity building to exactly suit your needs. We have constructed diverse buildings for clients in local government, national parks, development and landscape construction.

Our solution covers everything from design, engineering, access compliance through to delivery and installation - meaning no need for costly architects or consultants, and peace of mind that one partner can deliver your whole project.
All of our products meet AS1428.1 access and mobility compliance, and follow CPTED best practice guidelines. We are also an industry champion for Changing Places, offering ‘off the shelf’ compliant packaged designs.
