They have over 25 years of experience building high-performing technology organizations and leading global teams, and they helped scale a product engineering business from 50 to 1,300+. They previously held roles as Director of Professional Services at Tribold (2006–2013), as General Manager - Slalom Build North America at Slalom (2013–2025), and as Manager at Accenture (1998–2006). They believe feedback is a superpower, diversity is non-negotiable, and leadership is about creating space for others to rise.
