Michelle Carpenter, SPHR, sHRBP, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MODUS Engineering for Architecture since September 2015. Previously, Michelle held the same role at O'Halloran International and worked at Dallas County Hospital as the Human Resources and Organizational Development Director. Michelle's expertise includes employee orientation, leadership development, compensation and benefits administration, policy updates, fiscal management, and strategic planning. Additionally, Michelle has held operational and HR roles at American Administrators and Principal Financial Group. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sociology, and Psychology from the University of Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa and Dowling High School.
