Vic Ross

Vic Ross has over 30 years of work experience, with a diverse background in roles such as Principal Systems Engineer, President, and Officer in the U.S. Navy and NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps. Vic started their career in 1990 with the NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps and later joined the U.S. Navy in 1995 as an Officer. In 2005, they transitioned to Modus Operandi as a Principal Systems Engineer. In 2006, they served as President at MELBOURNE CIVIC THEATRE INC until 2008.

Vic Ross earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Oceanography from the Florida Institute of Technology, graduating in 1990. From 2001 to 2003, Vic pursued a Master's degree at the Naval Postgraduate School, specializing in Meteorology, Physical Oceanography, and Computer Science.
