Ryan Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan co-founded and served as CEO of Modus Planning, a company that provides advanced insights and capabilities to new and rapidly growing businesses. Ryan then worked at Icelandic Provisions, where they held roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Customer Service and Distribution Manager, overseeing supply chain execution, customer service, and distribution capabilities. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever in roles including Sr. Demand Planner for Ben & Jerry's, Production Supervisor for North America Ice Cream, Requirements Planner for Breyers, and Demand Planner for Popsicle. Ryan also co-founded and served as CEO of Synapsis Business Networking LLC, focused on developing accessible and cost-effective means for business communication and development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Tell-A-Terp Lead Caller at the University of Maryland College Park and as a Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Intern in the US Navy.
Ryan Moore attended the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. During the same period, they also attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Additionally, Ryan holds a certification as a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual, obtained from the FSPCA and AFDO.
