Building Better

Modus Structures is a Canadian leader in modular construction, delivering high-performance, permanent buildings for residential, educational, and continuing care sectors. Our 200,000 square foot facility provides an advanced off-site system-built process to ensure speed, quality, and sustainability—without weather delays. All with certified engineers and inspectors to ensure it meets your local building code.

Modus integrates energy-efficient design, sustainable materials, and inclusive practices into every project. We build up to 3 times faster than traditional construction and minimize disruption in your community by taking it on in our facility; so your community experiences less traffic disruption, less less debris, less noise.

We invest in our people as much as our product. Many of our team members have been with us since the beginning, and we continue to foster a hands-on, supportive environment where careers grow and innovation thrives.

Build smarter, cleaner, and faster—with off-site solutions designed for people and the community.
