Shannon Laughlin, PMP, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Director of Business Development at Modus21, LLC since September 2007, Shannon has a strong background in analytics and leadership, having previously held the position of Business Analyst at Capital One and Executive Director at HALIFAX EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION INC. Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mary Baldwin University.
